First, that's great! Venue coordinators are vital to make sure you don't have any problems with the space on your wedding day. But their primary concern is the venue. They will clean up messes, help keep things secure, and handle anything that is related to your venue. But a day - of coordinator manages the wedding timeline, checks in with your vendors, and makes sure you know where to go when - all necessary things to ensure your day goes as smoothly as possible.

When in the planning process should we hire you?


This is different for every couple, but we recommend as soon as possible! Even with our day-of coordination package, we will always advise on vendors and give you access to our online wedding planning platform Aisle Planner to keep you organized and make sure you don't miss a single detail.




Are there discounts if we also use First Class Catering?


Yes! If you plan on booking First Class Catering for your wedding, you get a discount on FCE packages.
